2013 Shed of the Year finalists

Jonfen Marlowe

Here is a wonderful up cycled cabin in Wales that has won best shed in the 2013 Shed of the year competition.

The shed is owned by Alex Holland so am attributing this photo to him. I love the make do and mend approach to it and the boat for a roof gives it a look of a jaunty hat. With his prize money Alex is going to invest in a second hand 400w 12v wind turbine to go with the solar panel ( seen on the first picture) to give him enough electricity to make ice in the fridge for gin and tonics, and to ensure the cider and beers are always chilled. Sound!
