out and about

a dry(ish) weekend meant we got out and about and I took along the camera, we got very excited when we saw the flower shyly poking out from the leaves of this cordyline in our garden.

I just pointed and clicked, oblivious to the bee at the bottom of the flower – can you see him?

the colours of the cliff are changing from the yellow of spring Gorse to the pinks and purples

of Foxgloves, Hebes and Red Campion – another colour will evolve in the Autumn when the bracken starts to die back giving off a rusty brown hue!

On our way to the beach we saw this old sign for the path painted on a garden wall.

Unfortunately the cafe and shop long gone!
