cliff paths 1

When it’s dry the paths down to the beach are easy to navigate

the path at Trenninow

but after a lot of rain they can turn extremely muddy.

The path at Treganhawk is a better track as there’s vehicle access for half the way down and therefore firmer under foot.

There are two ways down at Freathy, one leads to the lifeguard hut and the other, less travelled but has good seats along the path to get your breath and enjoy the view.
