high tide

I’ve realised that most of the pics shown of the bay are from low tide, so I thought I’d ring the changes.

Most points get covered by the sea at high tide but there are a few places that turn into smaller coves making it worthwhile to make a day of it, hence the fact that people seem to group together at certain points along the bay leaving huge expanses for the adventurous or those who know the tides and the not so trodden paths up.

there’s nothing nicer than getting to the beach last thing on a Friday afternoon, even at high tide and sitting on the rocks with a mug of coffee knowing you’ve got the weekend ahead of you.
