Cliff Top Cafe

A fantastic spring like day on the cliff today, blue sky, calm sea and no coat – it really didn’t feel like the second week of the year.

Spent some time at Treninnow then popped along to the Cliff Top Cafe at Treganhawke for a cuppa, even sat outside. Nestled in the cliff, about 100 yards from the coast road, the cafe serves all day breakfasts (and all derivations of ) plus bagettes, panninis, fresh salads and homemade cakes. It even got a mention in the London Metro “top five cheap eats in Cornwall” back in August 2011 – coming in at number 2! It’s a good spot particularly if you’re on your way up from the beach, you will have earned your cream tea after that climb.
