About

An actor and theatre maker, I moved down to the SW of England 13 years ago with my partner and son. Last year we bought a chalet at Whitsand Bay on the Rame Peninsula and are fully embracing life of the cliff.

Sea Field View is a well appointed wooden chalet at Whitsand Bay in SE Cornwall, it enjoys stunning coastal views across the bay to Looe.

There is a private gravel garden at the back with views across the fields to Rame Head.

A field away from the South West coastal path, there are beautiful walks both along the coast and inland.

at low tide you can walk for miles

There are shops at Millbrook, a couple of miles down the lane, and for a meal out there’s the Cliff Top Cafe and  View Restaurant along the cliff. Beautiful grounds to visit at Port Elliot and Mount Edgecombe with other National Trust properties close by.

The chalet is available to rent, for terms contact me at  chalet@mitchellprescott.demon.co.uk

The chalet has off road parking so is very accessible and is perfect for a romantic getaway or a base from which to explore the region.

It has one double bedroom and one single, with a galley kitchen and living room with a wall-mounted television, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There is a washing machine and dishwasher; double electric oven and fridge freezer.  The chalet has economy 7 storage heaters and internet access, it can sleep 3/4

sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the sun set
